Provide a 2-page brief on your innovative idea to enhance the lives of people living with dementia. Include the following information:

•   Definition of the Opportunity: Describe the opportunity you’ve identified to improve the quality of life for people with dementia.

•   Proposed Solution: Define your idea, innovation, or new organization, how it is unique in the market, and why it can be successful. We will accept any new idea promoting flourishing for people with dementia, care partners, or both.

•   Outcome: Explain how your idea will enhance the quality of life for people with dementia. Be specific about whether you are targeting people with mild/early symptoms, moderate symptoms, or advanced dementia.

•   Team and Partners: Share the qualifications or accomplishments of your team. We want to understand why your team is uniquely qualified to bring your vision to life.

•   Budget and Development: Explain any funds you have raised and outline how you plan to spend the Maude’s Ventures award funds.

•   Your Dream: We prioritize ideas that have the capacity to scale and reach many more people. What’s the big dream or vision ten years out?
